Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Writer's Studio is built for authors who want to bring their stories to life through AI-generated video. This policy ensures the platform is used responsibly and ethically. By using the platform, you agree to abide by these rules.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Writer's Studio to generate content that:

• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Contains hate speech, threats of violence, or content promoting terrorism
• Creates deepfakes or realistic depictions of real people without their explicit consent
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights
• Contains or promotes illegal activity
• Is designed to harass, defame, or intimidate any individual
• Constitutes spam, phishing, or deceptive content

3. Source Material Rights

You must have the legal right to use any source material you upload. This means:

• You are the original author of the work, or
• You have obtained explicit written permission or a license from the rights holder, or
• The work is in the public domain

You are required to confirm your content rights for each project before generating video content. Uploading content you do not have the rights to use is a violation of this policy and may result in account termination.

4. Distribution Compliance

If you publish generated videos on third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or others), you must comply with those platforms' content policies and community guidelines. This includes:

• Disclosing that the content is AI-generated when required by the platform
• Not misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-produced film or animation
• Complying with each platform's copyright and intellectual property policies

5. Fair Use of Platform Resources

Do not abuse platform resources through automated scripting, excessive API calls beyond normal usage patterns, or any activity designed to circumvent rate limits, credit requirements, or security measures.

6. Referral & Review Integrity

Do not create fake accounts for the purpose of earning referral credits. Do not submit fraudulent reviews. Such activity will result in credit forfeiture and account termination.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning and request to remove offending content
• Temporary suspension of generation capabilities
• Permanent account termination without credit refund
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

We review reported violations on a case-by-case basis and will communicate any enforcement actions to the affected user.
